    The COTECA Coffee, Tea and Cocoa Global Industry Expo will be held in Hamburg for the fifth time, from 10 to 12 October 2018. Hamburg will again be the international meeting point for coffee, tea and cocoa experts from all parts of the world as COTECA combines all three sectors under one roof. This year, it brings the Kaffee Campus of the German Roasters’ Guild to the Hamburg Fair site for the second time, giving roasters in particular a great opportunity to get information on the whole range of coffee.

    A total of about 200 exhibitors from some 40 nations will present their products and innovations at COTECA. The expo will attract some 3,600 international trade visitors, who can look forward to inspiration and trends, and a wide range of workshops and presentations. Thus COTECA is both an ideas generator and a platform for the international trade and for expert exchanges.

    The Independent Barcelona Coffee Festival is back to Espacio88 from 11 – 13 October with more cuppings, more talks, more workshops, more professional networking and, of course, with more coffee.

    In its third consecutive edition and after having more than 6000 attendees in 2017, IBCF keeps its objective of approaching specialty coffee to consumers that are not familiar with it yet.  Also, for the first time ever, the event will have two whole days aimed at the professional actors of the industry: roasters, importers, coffee shop owners, baristas and all the actors involved in the specialty coffee chain value.
