Probat Service Level Agreements

The focus of the Probat SLA lies on the benefits the customers receive as a result of the service.

ProbatWith long-lasting machines and plants, Probat provides its customers with the basis for their success. To enable them to also deliver the best performance with their business, the German-based manufacturer now offers them unique and customised service packages on three different levels – the Probat Service Level Agreements (SLA).

On top of the standard service offering Basic where customers can ask for services if required without signing a service contract, Probat now provides added value through the Probat SLAs.

They comprise the levels Classic, Comfort and Premium and each level defines the services provided exactly as agreed upon in the contract.

The focus of the Probat SLA lies on the benefits the customers receive as a result of the service. Those benefits are highest availability of machines and plants, plannable and reduced life cycle costs as well as increased productivity of machines and plants.
